Xavier and team are awesome! I had my S4 brakes replaced and my wife's C300 service done here, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the price. I had grand plans of doing the S4's brakes myself, bought the parts and never seemed to find the time to get the job done. Benzworks had no issue using the parts that I brought in and never tried to tell me that they weren't going to work properly, or sell me on additional parts or services. I've owned a dozen German cars, and while the dealer always does good work their prices are ridiculously high. This shop does the same quality work at half the price , plus Xavier is an honest and sincere guy. He's a pleasure to do business with - something I can't say about most dealers. Brought my car here broke down with an advanced electrical problem. This shop was very clean and punctual, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for Labor. I have a Scion Xb so shops usually charge waaay too much. They had my problem fixed in just a day at a fair price, I recommend going here to anyone looking for quick work with a fair price.Garret R.
Did you know in the NW Suburbs alone there are over 1500 mechanic shops in IL. Out of those mechanic shops, there only about 110 that are recognized Mercedes Benz repair facilities. This place is awesome.Jason E.
